We provide free advice which is independent, confidential and impartial to everyone on their rights and responsibilities, including benefits, debt and family issues. Our highly trained Advisers will help guide you through any challenge you may be facing.
Please contact us as soon as you can when seeking advice, even if you haven’t got all the information yet. In some cases there may be only a limited time in which to take action and during busy times, there may be limited appointments available.
When you talk to us at Community Advice Armagh Banbridge Craigavon, it is important that our Adviser has as much information about your issue as possible. It may take longer if you do not bring all the information with you. Please note that if our Adviser needs to schedule another appointment for you to gather more information, this might cause some delay as the appointment is unlikely to be the same day.

Speak to one of our Advisers in the comfort of your home where you can gain independent, confidential advice about your options and potential ways forward. Our Advice Line is open 09:30 – 12:30 weekdays.
Make an appointment to visit us at one of our offices in Armagh, Banbridge, Portadown or Lurgan to speak in confidence with one of our highly trained Advisers.
We run Outreach drop-in and appointment sessions with local Community Partners, local groups and Employers within the ABC Council area. At these events you can meet with one of our friendly Advisers to chat through any concerns.
